How It Works

Wood Key Rentals specializes in DIY Event Rentals.

• All Prices listed are based on the the renters picking up items on Friday afternoon and returning items by Monday evening. (For longer rentals please ask for a quote.) **Delivery may be available in the Lincoln area, but an additional fee would be charged**
• Bundles are
• We do require valid ID and valid credit card for all rentals.
• Deposit will be required to hold a reservation. Deposit will be returned within 5 days of items being returned. Any damage or extra cleaning that is needed will be deducted from the deposit.
• A Rental Contract will be emailed that will need to be signed and returned before the week of the rental.
• The week of the rental a final invoice will be sent, which will include rental cost, taxes, and delivery fees if applicable. This invoice must be paid in full before pick up of items.
• A credit card will also be held on file to ensure all rental equipment is returned in good condition. All broken or missing equipment will be charged to the card on file.
